PeopleSoft Image 41. Tools 8.59.24

This special tax MN assessment tax was part of Tax Update 25B.

The company state tax table inserted the new tax as 1/1/25. 

Was the expected intent to have Peoplesoft go back to 1/1/25 and re-calculate the Special UI tax expense or only calculate going forward? Or can someone elaborate on how this in more detail?
