Connect Microsoft .NET with JD Edwards

In order to make some additional features like dashboards and charts, we need to connect JDE with Microsoft .NET applications. For example, when the user need some additional charts, the JDE screen will be re-directed to Microsoft .NET pages and once closed, it should come back to previous JDE screen. Is this possible ? All the data will reside in JDE.

So, what is the best way to connect Microsoft .NET technology with JD Edwards ?

How we can manage the below things:

  • Dates ( as JDE stores date in Julian format)
  • Security ( is it possible to use same JDE user ID and password in Microsoft .NET application)
