Unable to Release Sales Orders Due To Date Ranges

Hello Experts,

We recently upgraded our instance to 12.2.13 and we are facing an issue. When we attempt to release our sales order, sales order line not being picked and we can not proceed the process. But if we remove the date ranges on release sales order form, we are able to we can ship. Is there any setup to override this issue?
