LPN Id missing MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL when receiving PO into LPN for Direct Receipt routing

In Oracle apps R12 for a WMS enabled org we are receiving PO into a LPN.PO shipment routing is Direct Receipt and my subinventory is LPN control and we are passing lpn id into rcv_transactions_interface.transer_lpn_id .It's inersting data into WMS_LPN_contents and LPN context is also In inventory .But lpn_id is missing into MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIES_DETAIL.it's not happening for all LPN but most of LPN.Transfer_LPN_ID was also populated in both rcv_transactions and MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS tables.

My EBS Version is 12.2.6
