Query is generating different Explain Plan when running from APPS user and different from other

Hi Expert Team,

Hope all are doing well.

I am facing 1 issue .We i am running a query from APPS user it's generating different explain plan but when running from custom schema it's generating different explain plan.

Can you explain why it's generating it .
