Performance issue when saving PC_FND_DIST component

Has anyone else experienced slowness when saving the PC_FND_DIST component when a large number of rows, such as greater than 70 rows, exist on the component?

When we have approximately greater than 70 source criteria rows on the Fund Distribution source page (PC_FND_DIST) component, we are experiencing either extreme slowness when saving the page or it errors after an extended period of time (like 20 minutes) trying to save the page.
