Sales Update giving error for DMAAI 4226 & 4228 - Zero balance adjustment

We have recently migrated to JDE 9.2, and for a few Sales Orders, we are encountering DMAAI 4226 and 4228 errors during the Sales Update process. As per Oracle documentation, these relate to zero balance adjustment DMAAIs. However, I am unable to locate these DMAAIs in P40950.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue and explain why it is occurring only for certain orders?
Note: The Sales Orders in question contain stock items with line type W.
