crs alert.log after RU19.28 disappears

OL8, Oracle EE Version 19c with RAC (two nodes)

Hi,
after applying RU 19.28 the alert.log in /u01/app/grid/diag/crs/xxxxxx/crs/trace/ is removed. After some actions took place in RAC a new alert.log was created.
Up to now only occured on first node.
I assume the ADRCI caused this, but there are no logs, where I can see a purge event of alert.log. The purge policies of ADRCI are set to default.

Did anybody made the same experience? What could caused this?
