Distributing O/S Files with OEM

With OEM 13.5, predominantly RHL estate, is it possible to use OEM to distribute O/S files to selected hosts. For example, the likes of tnsnames … Feels like it should be possible, but not seeing anything obvious. Wondering if I'm missing something staring me in the face ..
