Good day

Requisition 'Approval Status' shows 'In Process' but Action history shows approved, the workflow shows this error:

ORA-20102: No rules are applicable to this transaction. Atleast one rule must apply to this transaction when the value of the attribute AT_LEAST_ONE_RULE_MUST_APPLY is true.

When trying to restart, retry the workflow the error persists, and it only one requisition.
