Oracle View wf_item_activity_statuses_v executing very slowly

Environment information

Platform: Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 9.6

Oracle Database version and patch level 19.27

Hello

As of last Tuesday (8/5), we could get a count(*) back from a wf_item_activity_statuses_v view in approx. 3 seconds. After that date, the query takes approx. 6 minutes to return with very little additional workflow data being added. We have rebuilt the indexes associated with the tables making up the view and performed an analyze on every table owned by owner WF which includes the tables that make up this view. We also recompiled the view but have had no success in increasing the performance.
