Multi org implimation

Hi,

We wont to implement multi org in our company, we are working with version 12.1.2

our system customized and we have a lot of interfaces, reports and processes, because we are working with one ledger we didn't have any reference in our customization to ledger or OU. we wont to implement new ledger, do we need to fix all our customizations (add the relevant ou) or adding new ledger will not effects on our activities.
