In V23, local_configupdate.properties under xstoredata/cust_config/version1 is getting updated regularly every 15 min and updating the value of "xadmin.deployment.download_username", the value updated is not present in xstore or xenv any other file inlcuding ant.install.properties.

Any idea from where this value gets updated
