How to correct wrong RMAN version after July CPU patches to the oracle database?

Oracle Enterprise Manager 13CR5 -28 running on REL7 with Oracle database 19C28

I am not sure of the place for this question as it has two main components: database and RMAN and a third one, OEM but I think this is not a big component to this post.

July CPU patches applied: Patch 37960098 - Database Release Update 19.28.0.0.250715 and Patch 37847857 - Oracle JavaVM Component Release Update 19.28.0.0.250715

I had issues applying the July CPU to the database - errors due to the oracle_ocm schema not supported anymore. This was resolved with the help of a SR and the doc: How To Drop The ORACLE_OCM Schema From An 18c Or 19c Database (
