With Secure Act 2.0 did 401k, 403b, 457 stop reducing SUI?

I'm not finding anything about the new law changing SUI wages for any state, but these new tax categories look like NO tax withholding rules setup was delivered. Does this see right? My screen shot is Ohio, but every state I checked was the same.
