Unable to Terminate Service Contract – Clicking 'Terminate' Does Nothing

Urgent help needed:

We are trying to terminate a service contract, but the system does not allow it. When we click Terminate, nothing happens—no confirmation popup or action is triggered. We have tried all options including Override, Suppress Credit, and Full Credit, but the issue persists.
