How to configure CSR for web page in OCOM/EOM

Hello,

we're trying to renew our certificate in EOM (Enterprise Operation Monitor), but when we try to generate CSR:

and we download it we get:

Subject

CN=Oracle Communications Session Monitor

and our CA doesn't except this as a valid CN and we can't sign this CSR.

As a CN should it be ip address or FQDN depending on how did we log in?

Version is 5.2.

Can anybody help us resolving this issue?
