Oracle R12 Self Service setup Direct Deposit

Hello! I am tying to update self service for our organization and add direct deposit for the employees to edit their information if they change banks or need a different account for their salary to go to. For people who do have this enabled, what methods of security do you have set up, like is there a workflow you have set up? Any help is appreciated!!
