SD/OD User Roles
For SD/OD, I hope the SD is created by sales executives and OD is maintained by procurement team.
Is there any document available describing the SD/OD user roles in detail ? I mainly look for the information on how the item cost is maintained as we have different costs which is available during the month end only. Right now, the SD/OD is not implemented and cost is calculated manually.
Also, is SD/OD practical if the number of sales orders per month exceeds, say 10,000 .
