Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Oracle Support Team,

We are currently working on Siebel CRM version 24.11 and would like to purge historical data from the following workflow-related log tables:

S_WFA_INSTP_LOG
S_WFA_INST_LOG
S_WFA_STPRP_LOG

Could you please advise:

What is the recommended approach to purge data from these tables in Siebel 24.11?
Is there a supported SQL statement or script that can safely delete data associated with these tables?
Are there any dependencies or constraints we should be aware of before performing the purge?
Is there an Oracle-provided utility or Siebel tool that facilitates this cleanup?

We’re looking to perform this purge as part of a system maintenance activity and want to ensure it aligns with best practices.
