Running from App Builder causes "Application not found"

Hi,

The saftware versions are:

Windows 11

Oracle Database XE 21C

APEX 24.2.0

ORDS 25.2.1

I'm new to Oracle APEX.

Whenever running the sample applications from the App Builder and it always shows

Sorry, this page isn't available

Application not found.

The sample URL is

http://localhost:8080/ords/r/hrdb/customers/customers?session=6081699872793

What's going wrong ?
