Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are in EBS R12.2.2

We create PO receipt, and then click Lo-Serial button

Based on the item, for some items, first lot entry window opens, and then serial entry window opens

For some items, only serial entry window opens directly.

What setup decides lot entry / serial entry window to open first?
