Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are in EBS R12.2.6.

1.We are trying to generate lot and face error message: Lot Suffix for Org and Item is not valid

2.On a different note, created PO receipt, clicked Lot-Serial button

Then entered lot number and faced message Lot Suffix for Org and Item is not valid

Kindly share root cause and solution for above error
