Multiple users (or sessions) connecting via VNC to the same server

We are seeking a solution that enables more than 30 VNC users to connect simultaneously to the same server, all logging in with the same OS-level user account (typically 'oracle').

Please advise on recommended approaches or best practices to support this configuration.
