Supplier Banking Buyer Main Page function

We have a responsibility that has the "Supplier Banking Buyer Main Page" function. If use a function exclusion, it disables the ability to see the supplier banking information. Is it possible to make the banking information visible but read-only? I don't want to complete hide the data, but I want to prevent the data from being updated.
