RMAN-03009: ORA-17628: Oracle erro

I am using Oracle database enterprise edition 19.28 and RH7 and RH9

I am duplicating a database using the active database duplication from a database running on RH7 to a database running on RH9.

This is the third time I run the script but this time is to a brand new server.

these are the errors I am seeing while duplicating the database:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on prmy2 channel at 08/19/2025 18:10:56
ORA-17628: Oracle error 19505 returned by remote Oracle server
ORA-19505: failed to identify file ""

RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 08/19/2025 18:11:28
