getting the error Failed to send test email: certfile for SMTP config on Oracle session monitor

When I try to setup the SMTP config on the Oracle session monitor, i get the subject error 'Failed to send test email: certfile should be a valid filesystem path'. I have secure smtp (TLS) enabled and authentication is successful, however during email testing , the error is what I get
