How do we ensure the correct templates are displayed for users.

Currently we have 1 organization set in iExpense where the organization has 2 Internet Expense responsibilities namely AHS Internet Expense and APL Internet Expense responsibilities and each have 5 to 8 union templates. When a user with APL Internet Expenses responsibility logs into Oracle he see an AHS template instead of the APL templates. We have users that are assigned both these responsibilities as they are employed at AHS as well as APL.

We always have to clear the cache in iExpense as well as have the user clear the cookies and cache on his browser. Once this is cleared and user logs in he is able to see the correct APL templates.
