how to delete task relationship and promote them using OMW

I created two new UBE. These UBE will replace two old UBE. I've created the new tasks for new UBE. The new tasks are on the same task relationship (menu) as the old UBE tasks in DV and PY for testing purposes. I would like to eventually promote the task relationship to PD.

Since I cannot delete the old UBE task relationships in OMW. Do I delete them using Menu Design in DV and then promote the task relationship to PY and then PD using OMW?
