How to trigger a service in xstore from a 3rd party system?

Is there any xstore service that can be triggered from a third party system?

What I want is like, I have a 3rd party system on which when an operation is performed I want to trigger a service in xstore that can perform some task in xstore.

Or how can we achieve this like by creating a custom trigger? (How can we create triggers in xstore?)

Right now, I am using Oracle Retail Xstore 21 version.
