Peformance after full Pkg deploy

Hi All,

We are in the process of doing a upgrade from 8.11 to 9.2 and noticed that every time when they (Consultants) do full Pkg build the system is very slow when opening applications. Is this normal in 9.2 or is there anything specific we can do to avoid this?
