[Migration] ZDM Question, Does the Entire CDB Have to be Migrated

Referring to the ZDM powered migration methods (logical, physical, DMS) in the following document… they each would require a target CDB be made prior to migration, but I'm wondering whether the entire set of PDBs has to be migrated at once, or if you can select the ones you want to migrate.
