Any command to export and import OA Framework Model Personalization ?

I'd developed a custom VO through Model Personalization and applied to a page. I can export and import the page personalization using the jrad tool command line. However I can't find any way to do the export/import of Model Personalization. Does it has any way to move Model Personalization from one instance to another without using the UI page ? Thanks
