I'm wondering if anyone knows if Oracle plans to support the Ill. Equal Pay certificate reporting?

I was notified of this recently and was wondering if there is anything in the pipeline to help in this reporting.

I'm attaching a document that I put together for my reference, in case it helps understand the question.
