EBS R12.2 migration from on premise to OCI

Hi,

I have a requirement where we have ebs r12.2.11 with 19c DB running on premise. We want to migrate it into oci and dont want to renew existing licenses(DB and EBS). Now we are ok to use OCI DBAAS option for database, however what choices can we have for application in oci. Are there any offerings for EBS available as DBAAS type where we can deploy EBS. Or any other way around ?
