Translation Rule YTD Rule: Translated Period Amount = Period End Rate x YTD Function

- Beginning Translated Balance

Revenue/Expense Translation Rule YTD Rule: Translated Period Amount = Period Average Rate x YTD Function

- Beginning Translated Balance
