Reported Bug: Migration Application Log Location Changed Starting With Siebel Update 24.7

In Siebel versions 24.6 and earlier, migration application logs were written to the migration folder specified by the "Migration Package Location" parameter. Starting with versions 24.7, the logs are now written to a separate log directory on the Tomcat server. This change may cause issues with custom orchestrations that rely on the old log location.
