How to get MOS to display time stamp in browser

MOS displays number of hours or number of days vs time stamps on ticket updates when I use laptop browser. However, when I use mobile browser I see timestamps. How do I get MOS in laptop browser to show DD/MM/YY/HH/MM? I could not find an option in my preferences.
