EPMCSS-00301: Failed To Authenticate User. Invalid credentials

I am currently troubleshooting an Oracle Hyperion issue and after the user is created it does come with the error message "EPMCSS-00301: Failed To Authenticate User. Invalid credentials" the part that is confusing is that he can login to the Smartview excel integrator but when we try to access one of the artifacts inside our company cluster the login error comes requesting for a password once again. He is in the right group as the other members of the team
