New Exadata Cluster Model E5-2L

This is a new exadata deployment and ILOM is in good working order although redirection has not been used previously. I need to install Guardium but I'm having trouble with the requirements for video redirection. Serial redirection is working, but video is giving me an error: [1236914.575672] usb 1-1: Device is not authorized for usage. I'm using Windows 11 jump server to connect with Edge version 103. I believe that my environment meets all the requirements mentioned here: Requirements for Using the Oracle ILOM Remote System Console Plus However, this page says 32-bit JDK is required.
