Siebel 25.2 - 25.8 ODBC patch issue with multiple installed items

Hi All,

Posting this here since a few customers we know have been stuck at 25.1 for sometime due to issues with the new Oracle provided ODBC not working correctly. The main problem is when you try to configure one of the new ODBC data sources your get an error that:

The setup routines for the Oracle in oracledbclient_C_Siebel ODBC dirver could not be loaded to to system error code 193:

I just noticed the error in a log file I had attached to an SR ever since 25.2 and for a new SR I just opened for 25.8. The patch tries to install the new ODBC driver twice. First time works. Second time fails. Totally explains the error message above. Now that we see the .bat file getting called twice we are working on the steps to correctly register the new ODBC driver in the case of a failed install caused by having multiple Siebel products installed at one go such as Siebel Server,
