Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The following error occurs when undo-reinstatement is performed on the second disposed asset details.

APP-OFA-48397 : Program exited with errors

Error : function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_validation returned failure

Error : function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.undo_reinstatement returned failure

User-Defined Exception

Error : function FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.undo_reinstatement returned failure.

When I looked up the SR, I checked that it says it can't be canceled. I think I need to do a Data fix

I think we need to modify fa_retirements, fa_adjustment, fa_defrn_summary, fa_defrn_detail, xla_events, is there any other details?
