How to force PCRF to send PLMN ID change notifications on Rx interface?

Hello fellows.

Does anybody know by chance how to force PCRF to notify SBC via Rx interface about PLMN ID change that occurs on Gx interface? For instance, when VoLTE subscriber moves from home network to visited network. According to 3gpp TS 24.229 this data can be provided in AAA response to AAR request from SBC and in RAR notification request from PCRF to SBC as SGSN-MNC-MCC-3GPP attribute if proper specific action is requested from SBC.

As per SBC configuration guide this notification is required to make S8HR mechanism work properly. SBC decides whether to disable or enable encryption for VoLTE subscribers based on their PLMN ID.
