when applying consolidated seed table an ERROR occur ERROR [code=0] Running adjcopy.class

i'm installing a new ebs system refer to the document1320300.1 and E22950 using rapid install.

after i done the ETCC and ETPAT-AT, I want to apply consolidated seed table but i meet a problem
