We are in EBS 12.2.6

Consignment advice is created, but BPA release is not created, for a specific date.

We have checked the below:
1.Supplier is consigned supplier

2.Item is consigned item

3.BPA exists for the item

4.No pending transactions

Can someone share SQL query to identify the BPA release for a consignment advice?

What could be potential reasons for BPA release not created?
