Siebel version 25.4 - Windows 2019 platform on premise - Oracle DB 19C

As per our new project requirement, we need new Dev server Env which we're planning to take a VM copy of the existing Dev servers and connect it to the DB with a different hostname. The new DB will be having the existing Dev DB cut, but the DB name will be different.

We need to change the Siebel application hostname in this new Dev. I would have to reconfigure the SMC console and recreate new gateway and Application Interface(AI) services.

What is the best plan of action? which server dependent files such xml files needs to be edited?
