Limiting what dispositions are available on the recruiting actions/edit disposition drop down list.

Is it possible to limit what disposition options are available on the drop-down list if a user is assigned the "Recruitment Administrator" or "Recruitment Amin Fluid" role?

I am using the recruiting flexible process to limit what dispositions are available on the drop-down list to disposition applicants, however, I have noticed that if the user dispositioning the applicant has the "Recruitment Administrator" role assigned to their user profile, the drop-down list is not limited.

I have added a Recruiting Role of "Recruitment Administrator" with the security role of Recruitment Administrator assigned but when I attempt to add this recruiting role to the recruiting flexible process at the bottom under the Priority of Recruiting Roles, the Recruitment Administrator recruiting role is not available in the list of roles to be added to the page. I even went as far as adding a new "Test" recruiting role type with the Recruitment Administrator role assigned and added it to the flexible process but again, the user could still see all disposition options under each disposition.
