MSCA - remaining quantity to be received

Hi,

On the latest Release Content, it says:

3.7.10.2. Show Remaining Quantity to be Received During Receiving When receiving a purchase order or an internal sales order line, you can now see the remaining quantity to be received. Prior to Release 12.2,15, you could not view the remaining quantity to be received during the receiving process.

Question:

For clients running version 12.2.11, since this functionality pertains specifically to MSCA, could it be delivered via a patch? Or is this an application-side update?
