Why does the total float values of a schedule does not retain the previously computed values?

We have recently moved to P6 EPPM Cloud version from P6 Professional on-premise. One thing my team noticed, is that P6 schedule no longer shows total float and free float values when opening up a project schedule for the first time in the day. The total float value of each activity will not appear until we have pressed F9 and scheduled. It will not keep the numbers that we had from yesterday when we close the software either.

At the same time, pressing F9 and run the schedule, will not apply to the assigned baselines. So now we have to remember to run F9 for both the current schedule, and the copy of baseline, before assigning that baseline to the current schedule for comparison and analysis.
