R47131 using UOM conversion to update secondary quantity in F4211

Hi, I am trying to do the use R47131 reading off F47131/F47132 to add lines to an existing sales order.

When it does this, it doesn't use the secondary quantities from the F47131 record, but applies the UOM conversion from the primary quantity. This results in incorrect secondary quantites.

Is there any way to prevent R47131 applying the UOM conversion and using the secondary quantity in F47131.SZSQOR instead?

We are on JDE 9.2.
